OSI's Launches Coast Guard INBS for Canadian and Global Market

OSI Maritime Systems (OSI) has signed a contract with Lockheed Martin Canada (LMC) to deliver two shipsets of their Integrated Navigation and Bridge Systems (INBS) for the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) Arctic/Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) Program.

This agreement follows the contracts for OSI to design, build and deliver the integrated bridge systems for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship, the Joint Support Ship, and Canadian Surface Combatant programs.

OSI is a leading provider of advanced naval navigation systems and has established the Coast Guard vertical as the newest development in its market strategy. The new CG INBS leverages existing features in OSI's technology, such as Ice Navigation and Search and Research capabilities and calibrates the capabilities for optimal performance based on the CCG requirements.
