Dafocom Solutions Awarded $1.8 million Cyber Network Security Contract

Dafocom Solutions (Dafocom), a Kanata-based certified Indigenous small business, is proud to announce that it has been awarded a $1.8 million contract to provide cyber assurance hardware to the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) in support of deployed operations in Latvia.

This contract represents a significant milestone for Dafocom, showcasing the company's expertise in providing cutting-edge solutions in the field of network security and cyber assurance. Within the scope of the contract is the provision of 145 DV1 Data Diodes and associated ancillary equipment designed to provide layer-1 data protection. The cyber network security solution boasts plug-and-play hardware enabling rapid deployment in tactical situations, with no latency and minimal processing power requirements allowing for up to 1GB/s of line speed utilizing power-over-ethernet.
