Bell Military Business Leadership Change

Keith Flail, EVP, Military Business, has decided to depart Bell to take on a new opportunity. Keith worked at Bell for the past 11 years, the last three of which he served as a member of the Bell Executive Leadership Team.

During his tenure, Keith was instrumental in the pursuit of modernizing Army Aviation and had a major impact on all Bell’s military business. As a result of this change, Bell is announcing Mike Deslatte, Ryan Ehinger, Kurt Fuller and Chris Gehler as SVPs of their respective programs, effective July 3.

They will join the Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to Lisa Atherton, President and CEO, Bell.

Mike Deslatte – SVP & Program Director, H-1 and SMA

Ryan Ehinger – SVP & Program Director, FLRAA

Kurt Fuller – SVP & Program Director, V-22

Chris Gehler – SVP & Program Director, FARA

This change keeps Bell’s focus on delivering the best technology with the competitive edge required for the Joint Force, its Allies and Partners to win on the battlefield.
