| MDA to Support DND's Kingston-class Vessels |

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates has signed a contract with SNC-Lavalin Defence Programs to extend operational services for up to eight years for the Canadian Department of National Defence's twelve Kingston-class Maritime Coastal Defence Vessels. MDA, an original member of the SNC-Lavalin-led team that designed and built the vessels, provided integrated ship systems, and continues to provide operational support services on both coasts. |

| Elgin Military Museum to Receive HMCS Ojibwa |

| Rheinmetall Canada and USIMAX Sign MoU for TAPV |

| Rheinmetall Canada has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with USIMAX for possible work on the Textron Tactical Armoured Patrol Vehicle (TAPV) for the Canadian Forces. Textron has submitted a proposal to supply 500 vehicles to the Canadian Army, with an option for up to 100 additional TAPVs. Rheinmetall Canada, as a partner to Textron for the TAPV program would use USIMAX as a subcontractor. |

| L-3 WESCAM to Open Service Center in Jordan |

| L-3 WESCAM announced that it will sign a Service Center Agreement with King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau (KADDB) to open a WESCAM Authorized Service Center (WASC) in Jordan. KADDB is an independent government entity in Jordan that designs and develops defence products and security solutions in the Middle East. The contract is scheduled to be signed at the SOFEX trade show in Amman, Jordan. |

A CC-130J Fuselage Trainer departed Cascade Aerospace Inc.’s headquarters facility aboard a transport truck, destined for Canadian Forces Base Trenton, Ontario. The trainer will be installed at the new Air Mobility Training Centre (AMTC) and used by the Royal Canadian Air Force to train loadmasters on Canada’s newest tactical airlifter, the Lockheed Martin CC-130J Super Hercules. |
