Revision Eyewear, a Montreal-based manufacturer of ballistic protective eyewear, has been awarded a contract for 10,600 Desert Locust Goggles by the Netherlands Defence Material Organization (DMO). Revision had previously sold nearly 40,000 sets of Revision Sawfly Spectacles to the DMO.

Defence Minister Peter MacKay has announced the contracting of Aero Support Canada to provide aircraft and maintenance support at 8 Wing, based at CFB Trenton.
