CBRN Conference Announced for Suffield Aug. 16, 2008
The 2008 Canadian CBRNe, Defence & Security Exhibition and Conference will be held September 23 – 25 at Medicine Hat, Alberta. The three-day event will bring together a group of world-renowned speakers on topics ranging from ‘Polonium - The New Poison’, ‘Beijing – How Safe Are the Games?’, ‘Airport, Rail and Port Security Today, Tomorrow and Everyday’ to ‘Detection – The New Science for Safety’. 

Events will also include a bus trip to Defence R&D Canada – Suffield (DRDC Suffield) for a briefing by Lt. Col. Chris Corry, Senior Military Officer, followed by a tour of the Cameron Centre Facilities, the core of CBRNe training in North America serving British Forces, as well as American on all aspects of Detection, Ready Response, Decontamination, Containment and Recovery. 

The exhibition and conference portion will take place on September 24th and September 25th at the Cyprus Centre.
